Returns

 

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to request a return, please follow the steps below:


Return Requests

 

  • Must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery via our Create a Return page.
  • Once approved, the item must be scanned by the carrier within 24 hours of receiving the return label.
  • Returns scanned after this window will not be accepted.

 


Final Sale Items

The following are Final Sale and not eligible for return:

 

  • All handbags
  • Items priced under $100
  • Any item marked “Final Sale” on the product page
  • All international orders (outside the U.S)

 


Item Condition

All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be declined.


Due to the exclusive nature of our pieces, we are unable to accommodate late return requests or extensions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

A flat $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
